Tennessee Urgent Care Associates maintains a full medical staff, including a physician, at each facility.  In addition, the two physician owners also serve as practicing staff members.

Dr. Robert Cranfield is President of TUCA, and practices at the Rivergate Clinic.

Dr. Cranfield graduated from the University of Alabama School of Medicine and completed his internship and residency at Keesler Regional Medical Center.  He served as a flight surgeon in the U.S. Air Force.

Dr. Cranfield joined Centra Care in 1991.

Dr. George Herda is Vice President of TUCA and practices at the Smyrna Clinic.

Dr. Herda graduated from the University of Illinois College of Medicine and completed his internship and residency at the University of Tennessee in Memphis.

Dr. Herda joined Centra Care in 1984.

Dr. Paul Justice practices at the White Bridge Road Clinic.

Dr. Justice graduated from and completed his internship and residency with Vanderbilt University, as well as completed an internal medicine residency at Baptist Hospital.  Dr. Justice is board certified in Internal Medicine.

Dr. Justice joined Centra Care in 1986.

Dr. N. K. Singh practices at the Rivergate Clinic.

Dr. Singh graduated from the University of Saskatchewan College of Medicine and completed his residency at St. Thomas Hospital in Ohio.  Dr. Singh is a member of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, and is board certified in Occupational Medicine.

Dr. Singh joined Centra Care in 1995.

Dr. Adhi Jayaraman practices at the White Bridge Road Clinic.

Dr. Jayaraman graduated from the University of Madras Medical School and completed her internship and residency at Meharry Medical College and Hospital.  Dr. Jay is board certified in Internal Medicine.

Dr. Jay joined Centra Care in 1995.

Dr. Frank Thomas practices at the Antioch Clinic.

Dr. Thomas graduated from Meharry Medical College in Nashville and completed his internship and residency at Meharry Medical College & Hospital and completed a fellowship in Infectious Disease at Vanderbilt University.  Dr. Thomas is board eligible in Internal Medicine and has served on the faculty at Meharry Medical College.

Dr. Thomas joined TUCA in 2003.

Dr. Sam Pearson practices at the Smyrna Clinic.

Dr. Pearson is a graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Memphis. He completed his internship at Baroness Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga and was in residency at Orlando Regional Medical Center in Orlando, Florida. Dr. Pearson is board certified in Emergency Medicine and a member of the American Association of Physician Specialists.

Dr. Pearson joined TUCA in 2005.

Dr. Harold Nevels practices at the Antioch clinic.

Dr. Nevels is a graduate of Meharry Medical College in Nashville. He completed his residency program in Family Practice at Meharry Medical College. Dr. Nevels is board certified in Family Practice and has practiced in the Nashville area since 1980. Dr. Nevels is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Tennessee Academy of Family Physicians as well as the R. F. Boyd Medical Society.

Dr. Nevels joined Tennessee Urgent Care Associates in October 2006.
