Tennessee Urgent Care Associates maintains a full medical staff, including a physician, at each facility. In addition, the two physician owners also serve as practicing staff members.

Dr. Robert Cranfield is President of TUCA, and practices at the Rivergate Clinic.
Dr. Cranfield graduated from the University of Alabama School of Medicine and completed his internship and residency at Keesler Regional Medical Center. He served as a flight surgeon in the U.S. Air Force.
Dr. Cranfield joined Centra Care in 1991.

Dr. George Herda is Vice President of TUCA and practices at the Rivergate Clinic.
Dr. Herda graduated from the University of Illinois College of Medicine and completed his internship and residency at the University of Tennessee in Memphis.
Dr. Herda joined Centra Care in 1984.

Dr. Paul Justice practices at the White Bridge Road Clinic.
Dr. Justice graduated from and completed his internship and residency with Vanderbilt University, as well as completed an internal medicine residency at Baptist Hospital. Dr. Justice is board certified in Internal Medicine.
Dr. Justice joined Centra Care in 1986.

Dr. Adhi Jayaraman practices at the White Bridge Road Clinic.
Dr. Jayaraman graduated from the University of Madras Medical School and completed her internship and residency at Meharry Medical College and Hospital. Dr. Jay is board certified in Internal Medicine.
Dr. Jay joined Centra Care in 1995.

Dr. Harold Nevels practices at the Antioch clinic.
Dr. Nevels is a graduate of Meharry Medical College in Nashville. He completed his residency program in Family Practice at Meharry Medical College. Dr. Nevels is board certified in Family Practice and has practiced in the Nashville area since 1980. Dr. Nevels is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Tennessee Academy of Family Physicians as well as the R. F. Boyd Medical Society.
Dr. Nevels joined Tennessee Urgent Care Associates in October 2006.

Stephanie Vaughn, MSN, FNP
Family Nurse Practitioner
Stephanie Vaughn is a graduate of the University of Tennessee-Knoxville in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and she received a Master of Science in Nursing degree in 1996 from Belmont University. Ms. Vaughn has been with Tennessee Urgent Care Associates since 1994 working as a staff nurse and then as a family nurse practitioner. Her experience includes predominantly urgent care as well as occupational medicine and primary care. Ms. Vaughn has served as a preceptor to nurse practitioner and physician assistant students at Vanderbilt University, Belmont University and Trevecca University. ANCC board certified, Ms. Vaughn practices full time at Tennessee Urgent Care Associates - Rivergate clinic.
Michael M. Brown, BSN, MSN, FNP
Family Nurse Practitioner
Michael Brown is a graduate of the Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and earning a Master of Science in Nursing degree in 2008. Mr. Brown joined Tennessee Urgent Care Associates in 2009 having prior experience as a registered nurse as well as a family nurse practitioner. His experience includes urgent care as well as occupational medicine. He is originally from Miami, Florida and is an ANCC board certified nurse practitioner and member of TNA. Mr. Brown practices full time at Tennessee Urgent Care Associates - Smyrna clinic.
Erin Kadeg, MSN, FNP
Family Nurse Practitioner
Erin Kadeg is a graduate of Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master of Science in Nursing. Ms. Kadeg joined Tennessee Urgent Care Associates in 2009 having prior experience in urgent care and family practice. She is an AANP board certified nurse practitioner and a member of Middle Tennessee Advance Practice Nurses. Originally from Seattle, Washington, Ms. Kadeg practices full time at Tennessee Urgent Care Associates – White Bridge Road and Antioch clinics.
